Leon Lorenzen

Leon has more than 40 years’ in-depth experience in mineral processing, electrochemistry, reactive systems, hydrometallurgy, and waste management treatment, particularly about the application of these technologies in the process industries. Leon has a Ph.D. in Engineering and a post-graduate diploma in management.

Leon is a Chemical and Metallurgical Engineer, and a NER registered Chartered Professional Engineer. Leon is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Institute of Chemical Engineers and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Leon is also registered as a Chartered Engineer (UK and Europe), APEC Engineer (Asia-Pacific), Professional Engineer (Africa) and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland.

Director

Naim Abou-Rjeily

Naim is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 15 years’ engineering and project experience in mining, mineral processing, and construction. Naim has broad experience in design, feasibility studies, project management, and construction management; that experience was gained in Australia, Asia, Africa, and Europe, on processing plants and infrastructure projects involving gold, base metals, and magnetite.

Naim has held project management, client representative, and superintendent roles covering multi-discipline teams and has a sound understanding of the critical nature of engineering and construction in greenfield and brownfield environments. Naim also has an excellent track record of completing projects on time and budget to the satisfaction of project stakeholders at all levels.
